Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The associate will be responsible for handling inquiries, assisting with memberships, supporting renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with members. The role also involves guiding potential clients through services and encouraging membership sign-ups through effective communication and engagement.
You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing members at the Front Desk, ensuring that every interaction contributes to client satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Support & Soft Sales
• Assist prospective members with membership information and enrollment.
• Encourage membership sign-ups through effective communication and service explanation.
• Support membership renewals by reminding members and guiding them through renewal processes.
• Maintain records of memberships, attendance, and payments.
Front Desk & Client Interaction
• Manage day-to-day front desk operations and ensure a smooth client check-in experience.
• Welcome members and visitors while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
