Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Retail Store Assistant will handle day-to-day store operations, assist customers with purchases, maintain inventory, and ensure the store is well-organized and presentable. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and participating in training sessions to enhance sales and service standards.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and engage with customers effectively
• Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to drive revenue through effective in-store engagement
• Proven Organization Skills to manage store inventory and ensure an orderly setup
• Ability to participate in and conduct relevant Training sessions to maintain high service standards
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent education
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
